About Our Community Centers
We provide free peer-based support for individuals finding their path to recovery and wellness. Each center offers peer-led mutual aid meetings and support groups, social community events, and ongoing training opportunities such as life skills, QPR suicide prevention, Narcan, etc. We collaborate with community partners and link individuals to treatment, programs, and community resources.
All locations have different hours (check each center page). PSN office and centers are closed for observed holidays.
