1      You have the right to refuse services unless such services are required to be given to you by the Hope Recovery Center L.L.C. as directed by a court order.

2.          You have the right to participate in the development of your treatment planning, to be informed of all treatment options, including the option of no treatment. Such involvement may include participation in selection of treatment resources, specification of treatment goals, and scheduling of appointments.

3.          You have the right to review, with your counselor, those records prepared by the Hope Recovery Center L.L.C. and to receive accurate and easily understood information that enables you to make informed decisions about your treatment. Records prepared by agencies outside of Hope Recovery Center L.L.C. may be summarized by and discussed with your counselor.

4.          You have the right not to be verbally, physically, sexually or psychologically Intimidated abused or harassed. You can expect the social atmosphere of the company to be free from procedures, expressed attitudes and communication patterns which are derogatory to your dignity and self-respect. Physical Intervention will be used only as is necessary to prevent you from harming yourself, another dent. staff members or company property

5      You have the right to expect privacy within your counseling sessions and confidentiality of your case as established by law. There will be no visitor’s allowed within the counseling area when a counseling interview is in session.

6      You have the right to express your opinions, suggestions and grievances regarding all aspects of Hope Recovery Center L.L.C., without any form of retaliation. Our company has full and efficient processes for resolving differences.

7.          You have the right to expect that any contact with you will be at a professional level and consistent with the companies’ goals and objectives. All contacts outside of regular working situations and/or hours shall only be such that It relates to your treatment planning..

8.     You have the right to receive the most professional quality of treatment, appropriately based on your personal needs and the capabilities of this company.

9.         You have the right to receive treatment. No one shall be refused services due to inability to pay. Arrangements are available.

10.      You have the right to communicate freely and privately with your attorney, physician, family or others significant to you as established by reasonable company guidelines.

11.      You have to right to expect that Hope Recovery Center will use proven techniques and evidenced based practices.  

12.      You have the right to have proper explanation of all treatment events. You are who we serve.
